The Conga Room is only responsible for articles checked in and ticketed. Conga Room is NOT responsible for contents of articles checked, IE coat, umbrella, hat etc. This includes cash, credit cards, cell phones, keys, and all other items. Please return those items to your vehicle or your home. You must have the physical ticket to pick up your coat check item.
In the event your ticket is lost or stolen our Lost Ticket policy is as follows. If your ticket is lost the Conga Room will not release the item to you until 30 days have passed, and no one has claimed the item with the ticket. We will take your name and number and contact you when the item is available for pick up. This policy has been created to protect you and your personal belongings.
